At the helm of the kitchen is Chef JoJo Ruiz, an accomplished chef whose dedication and talent earned him a spot on Eater’s prestigious top 50 “Young Guns” list of up and coming culinary talent, where he was recognized as one of the most promising young chefs in the country.

Ruiz’s unique culinary style incorporates the tenets of California Cuisine, which is characterized by using the freshest local ingredients possible and employing methods, techniques, and flavoring inspired by cultures around the world.

You’ll notice a Mediterranean flair in his dishes, which are famous for their sometimes surprising yet always mouthwatering flavor. The eclectic menu allows you to feast on hot and cold dishes ranging from the catch of the day to composed dishes and dramatic offerings like seafood towers.
