NEW YEAR’S EVE AT SERẼA
Visiting Serẽa is always a good idea, but this New Year’s Eve, it can’t be missed.
This menu will be available for one night only, on Tuesday, December 31st from 5 p.m. until 12 a.m. The meal includes three courses plus dessert, and comes with a complimentary glass of veuve champagne.

Chef JoJo Ruiz is always a culinary genius, but he’s really going to knock your socks off with the incredible prix fixe menu he curated for this New Year’s Eve! Fresh ingredients, creative preparations, and unique flavors come together to create a truly inspired menu full of dishes that are bound to leave a lasting impression.
Here’s what you have to choose from:
AMUSE
Short for amuse bouche, or a small starter portion. On New Year’s eve, our offering is an elegant Lobster Croquette, served with California sturgeon caviar.
Appetizers
Take your pick from these inspired bites:
Crispy Sunchoke: This veggie-friendly appetizer marries mellow sunchoke with wood-grilled chicory, pecorino aioli, red pesto, and mustards.
Tuna Carpaccio: A simple classic is spiced up with Calabrian chilies, puffed rainbow quinoa, and 20 years balsamic.
Uni, Crab, and Guanciale Spaghettini: An innovative seafood dish, served with chervil and lemon.
ENTREES
By land or by sea, we’ve got some terrific picks:
Roasted Honeynut Squash: Our vegetarian offering is served with farrotto, goat cheese mousse, pomegranate, honey tamarind glaze, and coriander.
Red Snapper al Plancha: Red snapper with caviar picatta, caper, olive, meyer lemon, braised leeks, and chives.
Duck Duo: An elegant dish made with crispy duck breast, confit leg, salsify, brown butter pear, and duck demi.
DESSERT
You won’t want to miss our special dessert offering. Chocolate gets even better with our Chocolate Honey Citrus Cake, which is served with spiced pepita brittle, honey dates, and saffron honey ice cream.

Bubbly is a traditional NYE favorite, and we’ve got plenty of it, from Veuve Clicquot to Dom Perignon to Moet Imperial…take your pick! Our wine list is extensive, with myriad options from light, bright whites to robust, full-bodied reds and beautifully refreshing rosé options. We’ve also got sake, which makes for a compelling pick with our creative entrees.
